A whopping 32GB Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) memory card is the latest edition to Sandisk’s SD Ultra II range. The 32GB SDHC card is the largest capacity available on the consumer market today. Sandisk claim this new monster of a card will be able to handle over 8,000 high res images and up to approx 40 hours of video. With more and more digital camcorders being able to record directly to memory cards, these high capacity SD cards will no doubt be the ideal companion for recording hours worth of high def footage. Sandisk’s Ultra II SD range feature fast read and write speeds of up to 15MB/sec making them ideal for this purpose.
Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 32GB memory cards should be available by early November 2008 and available for pre order now.
